This park has full time caretakers, an inground heated pool, laundry facilities, showers and a Clubhouse for community events. Your 1/50th membership in the park at an annual fee of $1500.00 provides year round access (must not be your primary address), taxes, water, garbage, sewer and common property upkeep.
